As we look forward to another season of hard cider, we’d like to invite you to be part of the process!
Canning is just one step of the process from ‘graft to glass’ but maybe one of our favorites, as the next thing that happens once our cider is canned - is drinking it!
Our friends at Iron Heart Canning will be up on the mountain helping to make our fermented fruits consumable by can. We’ll be canning some of your favorites to include Brut, Coop, Blueberry Lavender & our new flavor Cherry Hibiscus.
For your hard work and eagerness behind the education, we’ll look forward to tasting each flavor and sharing some insight on what inspired our new flavors.
This is the first time we’ve offered behind the scenes production opportunities and this event is private and complimentary to Flock Club Members.
